Returns and refunds

You can return a piece within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. It must be unworn.

To start a return, email hello@ironwirethelabel.com with your order number.

Sending it back for a refund? You cover the postage. Swapping it for something else? That one's on us: we'll email you a free label.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Sale pieces follow the same policy.
One-of-ones and commissions are final sale.

Free tailoring is separate from returns. It's available on regular-price pieces only.
